Your Lordship will recollect that it was found advisable to reduce the fee paid by the present : Farmer from $39800 to #35,800 a _
· month and to allow $5,000 per month of this latter amount to stand over
· till the expiration of the present lease i.e. the 29th of February
1892 on which date the accumulated amount so
outstanding viz. $60,000 was to be deducted from the ~ farmer's

farmer's security of $80,000. The total amount due from him in 1892 will therefore
